Certified Recovery Systems, Inc. (CRSI) was formed in 1987 to assist companies in increasing their revenues by recovering their bad debt.  In the beginning CRSI collected on hot checks for local companies, unpaid accounts for doctors, dentists, medical laboratories and other miscellaneous accounts for commercial companies.  It became obvious early on that CRSI was a company that produced results quickly and efficiently.  This brought us to the attention of a number of major companies like Wells Fargo Bank, Oshman's Sporting Goods, Cabela’s Outfitters, numerous credit unions and many others who chose CRSI to recover their bad debt.   In the early 1990's CRSI began to collect for apartment complexes through our membership in the Houston Apartment Association.  In a short time CRSI showed the apartment industry that a good collection Agency could produce results on their bad debt as well.  Now, after more than eighteen years of collecting on apartment company bad debt, CRSI has become a leader in the apartment industry in Texas as well as other parts of the country.

Having worked for apartment complexes across the country and collected two hundred and fifteen million dollars in bad debt, CRSI has earned the reputation as an apartment collection specialist.  CRSI has increased the collection revenue of numerous apartment companies three to five hundred percent, or more.  Today, CRSI is considered an apartment industry specialist.  Though this may be true, there is much more.  CRSI continues to grow its business in such industries as banking, credit unions, medical professionals, country clubs, as well as many other industries.  CRSI is committed to the apartment industry but maintains its mission to increase the bottom line of any company in any industry through effective, professional debt recovery practices.
